I’m Carmel Silverosa, Founder and Director of Develop People, an experienced coach, trainer and mediator with a real passion for people development, so much so, I have been in this field for all of my professional career. In my corporate life, I held a number of senior L&D roles within the Financial Services sector before setting up my own consultancy 25 years ago.
To meet client needs, I work with a team of experienced consultants to deliver on larger or specialised projects and, with our combined expertise, we work together to deliver successful outcomes for a wide range of organisations across all sectors.
I strongly believe a satisfied client is the best business strategy of all, so I am immensely proud that the majority of Develop People’s business comes from established relationships and referrals, which I believe is the result of focusing on our clients’ needs and delivering to a consistently high standard.
